What to check next

  1. Check the current official register using the recognition number RN5240 or the exact qualification number.
  2. Contact the awarding organisation through the official register to confirm the provider is authorised to offer the qualification.
  3. For a regulated profession, separately check the relevant professional regulator’s requirements. Ofqual recognition alone is not permission to work in that profession.
